JOB TITLE: Property Manager

LOCATION: Leawood, Kansas/Kansas City, Missouri

POSITION DESCRIPTION: Range Realty Partners is looking for an experienced commercial property manager to join our growing team. We are seeking candidate who embrace our values and are looking for a rewarding career with a quickly growing commercial real estate firm.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate and supervise tenant services, including interior and exterior maintenance

• Negotiate and oversee performance of service contractors

• Maintain and develop tenant relationships

• Prepare monthly financials and operation reports required by ownership

• Oversee preparation of monthly tenant billings

• Perform year-end reconciliations

• Coordinate tenant improvement projects

• Ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements for clients, contractors, and tenants

• Prepare annual budgets and operating expense reconciliations

• Embrace client and firm initiatives and assist in implementation

• Develop emergency evacuation plan and maintain valid insurance certificates

• Participate in marketing and leasing initiatives

 

SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s Degree

• Minimum of 3+ years of Commercial Property Management experience, emphasis on Class A office asset management

• Or any similar combination of education and experience referenced above

• Experience with financial reporting

• Familiarity with LEED and Energy Star requirements

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience with Yardi and MRI software preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• The qualified candidate will be detail oriented, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, extremely professional, and customer service oriented
